HELMETS & HEELS

Monday kicks off our school's first annual Manila Lions Football Helmets & Heels.  The elementary, middle school and high school will be participating in a spirit-filled week of activities including door decorating and shopping cart floats!  Check out this daily list of activities :

Monday:  Helmet Hair (wild hair and hats)
Tuesday:  Sock-it to the Hornets (Wear wild socks).  Classroom doors will be decorated by 3:00.
Wednesday:  Lions Helping Lions (Bring the following articles to donate to the Lions Club).

• 9th grade...toilet paper or canned milk
• 10th grade...macaroni and cheese or pork n beans
• 11th grade..Kool-aid and tea bags
• 12th grade..bring any staple item

Thursday:  School T-shirt Day
Friday:  First Down Friday Pep Rally and Shopping Cart Parade (1st-12th grades)...Wear black & gold.
Friday Night:  Helmets & Heels pre-game ceremony (time to be announced)... P-6 spirit line & balloon release... 9-12 Dance from post game until 11:00 in the auditorium.  Bring your I-phone for picture opts!
